.65" wide 6.8" long 354 5/32" rings and 302 3/32" rings woven in dragonscale just have to add a pair of clasps to it. Wire is 21ga surgical stainless steel.

for more information on maille look here [link] or this weave in particular [link]

I'm also willing to do commissions on custom pieces in stainless and other metals (including titanium)

Looks like there are a couple of places where the small rings aren't correctly in place. Apart from that, great job! Especially with such small rings, dragonscale can be really hard to weave.

One thing though, maybe the small-ness would show better if you placed a finger next to it instead? Just a thought!
no they are in the right place... it just all depends on how the light is hitting it. In natural light it actually has a rather glittery appearence because of the pinch cuts catching the light, but it's smooth enoughto feel like silk.

As for the finger I like to usea penny since everyone has them and they are the same size for the states and canada so it's easy to hold one up to your compys screen and get an idea of how large everything is in real life.
Well, here in Europe we don' have the penny.. Not everybody lives in the US or in Canada. But then again, fingers differ in size too :p

What about the third row of small rings from the bottom, third ring from the left? Looks like it's behind two small rings, but it should be in front of them. That's what I meant.
yeah i had thought of that when i looked where you lived... but lets face it a great deal of the people on here are from North america so it covers a good chunk of them. and there is always the fallback method of using a ruler since i threw in the measurments too :P. Can't seem to see which ring that is either.
Or you could use a pencil for shaowing smallness, those are the same size everywhere, as far as i know.

This is Bunny. Copy and paste bunny into your signature to help him gain world domination.
ah that would work too i suppose or i could just lay a ruler there like i've been taught to do for showing the size of specimens.
The way that this is executed, it just looks so elegant.

it's actually very smooth as well, feeling more like a solid band than individual rings.
Ooo, cool. :aww:
